Your Folder-Gluer is Fast, Hand Packing is Slow
The packing area, not the folder-gluer, is what limits line speed. The ERGOSA delivers 30–100% more output than manual packing across all box types, so your line runs at its real-world speed potential. Its semi-automatic design virtually eliminates jams. Simple changeovers take 3–7 minutes, so downtime stays low and capacity stays high.
Increase Safety & Pack Faster
ERGOSA Eliminates the Bottleneck
Varied product mix? No problem.
Most packaging producers have at least one folder-gluer running a variety of box types, with frequent changeovers. The ERGOSA is the only automated packer compatible with all box types. It has a dedicated mode for each box format to maximize productivity.
The ERGOSA In Action
Thoughtful Engineering
The ERGOSA is purpose-engineered and built for long term performance. The difference shows up in daily operation: changeover precision, jam resistance, and consistent performance across every box type in your mix. The design, location and usability of each component reflects years of analyzing the way personnel work, pack and interact with the system. The result is a machine that automates or assists every packing task, not just one.

Discover How it Works
In standard operation, one operator does the work of two, without the physical strain. The integrated INH box turner reorients the glued edge while maintaining the kicker count. The case management system handles case ejection and flap closing. For complex box types that require manual handling, a dedicated hand packing mode accommodates two operators and still doubles production speed.

The ERGOSA is a modular, plug-and-play packing system — customizable and expandable to fit your production today and in the future. Configurations are tailored to your product mix. Buy only the modules you need, and upgrade when your business grows or your product mix changes.
